• Generate stories, illustrations, and narration.
• Save and display your library and favorites.
• Manage free and paid story credits.
• Keep the service secure and reliable.
• Provide support if you contact us.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with trusted providers:

• Google Gemini API to generate story text, images, and narration.
• Supabase for authentication, database, and media storage.
• Stripe to process payments and manage purchases.

We may also disclose information if required to comply with law or protect the safety of our users.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your content and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete saved stories inside the app, and you can request account deletion by contacting us. Some data may remain in backups for a limited period.

6. Children's privacy

HappyTalesAI is intended for use by parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
