HappyTalesAI is a family storybook app that creates AI-generated stories, illustrations, and narration. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Accounts are intended for parents, guardians, and other adults. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Request or create content that is sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise unsafe for children.
• Include personal information about a child (full name, address, school, phone number).
• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

4. AI-generated content

Stories, images, and audio are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Please review content before sharing or reading it with your family.

5. Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of your input and generated stories. You grant HappyTalesAI a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the service, including saving it to your account and favorites.

6. Credits, pricing, and payments

The service may include a free story allowance and optional paid story credits. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable. Refunds are provided only where required by law.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if we believe the service is being abused. You can request account deletion by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyTalesAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
